The Summit Educational Service Center (ESC) has been awarded a 2018 Top Workplaces honor by The Plain Dealer. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner
Energage, LLC (formerly WorkplaceDynamics), a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

The Summit ESC is dedicated to providing administrative, curricular, instructional, instructional technology, pupil personnel, and professional development services to the schools of Summit and surrounding counties in Northeast Ohio and assisting them in reaching their educational objectives. These services are primarily designed to assist boards of education, administrators, teachers, and other staff members so that they may provide engaging work to students and services that help students learn.
