REGISTRATION DETAILS:
These meetings are designed for aspiring central office leaders, as well as current central office leaders. Leadership abilities as a member of a collaborative team requires a unique set of skills. This cohort is designed to hone in on those individual skills while looking at their role as part of the Central Office Leadership Team. The schedule will begin with individual leadership skills and progress to team leadership. This month’s topic is: Strength Based Leadership, with featured speaker, Phil Herman, Superintendent, Hudson City Schools.
