Description:
¨ Using Shared Document—Jan. 19th, Participants will examine and discuss ways to engage students and add a level of accountability as students complete work on Google Docs, Google Slides, Jamboards, and more. 
 
¨ Using Parallel Tasks to Differentiate *—Jan.25th, Participants will examine and discuss using a task and creating parallel (similar) tasks to engage all students. 
 
¨ Using Google Add-ons—Feb. 1st, Participants will examine and discuss various Google Add-ons to enhance instruction. Special considerations will be included to support a Remote or Blended Learning environment. 
 
¨ Fostering Grit *—Feb. 8th, Participants will examine and discuss strategies designed to develop perseverance in students. Effort is important to their success. Special considerations will be included to support a Remote or Blended Learning environment. 
 
¨ Supporting Gifted Students *—Feb. 22nd, Participants will consider strategies to press students to go deeper in learning. Strategies that will inspire students to build foundations for upper level mathematics. 
 
¨ Engaging Math Activities—Mar. 1st, Participants will examine and discuss tasks designed for engagement. Special considerations will be included to support a Remote or Blended Learning environment. 
 
¨ Number Sense Routines—Mar. 8th, Participants will examine and discuss activities that are intended to be used regularly in classrooms to promote numeracy. Building number sense is a foundation to success in mathematics. These strategies can be used in all types of learning environments. 
 
¨ Balance is Basic—Mar. 15th, Participants will discuss the importance to integrating procedural fluency, conceptual understanding and application within instruction.
