This series is designed to lift the skills of new principals, assistant principals, and building leaders. Planned topics will include: Evaluations, District & Building Report Card, Curriculum, Assessment & State Testing, The Special Needs Child, Board Policy and Labor Relations, Student Handbooks, Reflective Practice, Working Effectively with Support Staff, as well as topics that are suggested by the participants.
