Celebrating New Leadership in Our Communities

Summit Educational Service Center (ESC) warmly welcomes a new cohort of superintendents, ushering in a promising era of educational leadership.

Summit Educational Service Center (ESC) warmly welcomes a new cohort of superintendents, ushering in a promising era of educational leadership. We are especially proud to have facilitated the superintendent searches for the Manchester, Revere, and Waterloo school districts.

Welcoming Our New Superintendents:

  • Amiee Kirsch, Copley-Fairlawn

  • Gary Hinton, Manchester

  • Daniel White, Revere

  • Dr. Felisha Gould, Stow Munroe Falls

  • Dr. Joe Clark, Waterloo

  • Michael Dobran, Windham Exempted Village

Our role in the searches for Manchester, Revere, and Waterloo (and a minor role in Copley-Fairlawn) involved a collaborative approach, ensuring that the leaders chosen were perfectly aligned with the goals and values of these districts.

Our Search Process: At Summit ESC, our leadership search services are designed to be comprehensive and community-focused. We engage district boards and community stakeholders in a rigorous process that includes setting leadership criteria, thoroughly vetting candidates, and providing ongoing support to new superintendents. This process is vital to ensure that each leader is well-prepared to meet the challenges of their role and drive positive outcomes in their districts.

Joeseph Iacano, Superintendent of Summit ESC, expresses his enthusiasm: "We are excited to see the transformative impact these leaders will have. Our direct involvement in the selection of Manchester, Revere, and Waterloo superintendents highlights our commitment to fostering effective educational leadership."
