This training is focused on how building and district leaders/coaches can utilize value-added data in the Ohio SAS-EVAAS system to impact student learning. We will discuss the wide variety of reports, growth data, diagnostic data, and customizations that educators can utilize to look for trends in their students’ learning. Additionally, we will discuss how value-added data must be used as a high quality student data measure in the OTES 2.0 model.
