Dave is a graduate of Bowling Green State University where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics. He earned his Master’s Degree in Administration from the University of Toledo. His work experience includes thirteen years of teaching high school math, fifteen years of public school administration, and eight years of insurance consulting. Dave has been a Superintendent at both Arcadia Local School and Ottawa-Glandorf Local Schools in Northwestern Ohio and served as the Chief Operating Officer at Olmsted Falls City Schools for eight years until retirement in 2012. These experiences have given him a very strong background in union negotiations, finance, insurance benefits, and communication. Dave joined the NFP team in 2012 and provides consulting for over fifty school districts. Dave’s unique experiences also provide expertise in collective bargaining as it relates to insurance benefits. In January 2017 Dave was named a Vice President for NFP.
