Important Session Information:
For this full day learning, attendees will learn how to develop a Multi-Tiered System of Supports to address student learning gaps in grades K-10. In addition, attendees will learn how to use instructional resources to address student needs in all tiers of intervention. We will use the Georgia Numeracy Project, which is a research based, free intervention program for students K-10, as an example. Attendees will explore how to assess students, read data to develop a plan for intervention, select appropriate intervention materials/activities and monitor progress. Time will be allotted to apply the MTSS process to their district’s materials.
Please bring your own computer/device. There will be a break for lunch. Lunch is on your own, so please feel free to bring your lunch with you.
