This month's topic:

Superintendents must never forget that the principals and educational leaders of their school buildings and districts are educators themselves, and they benefit from strong professional development. This session will focus on how Superintendents must help their Principals look beyond the daily schedules and logistics of their positions and grow themselves. The session will also focus on what Administrative Professional Development can look like for a school district and its educational leadership.
