Day 1 Keynote:  TY SELLS 
Not just a speaker, Ty brings over 30 years of experience in drug prevention, community service, and youth development.  Ty is an Ohio Certified Prevention Consultant, has a BA in Communication from The Ohio State University, and is currently the Director of Speakers Services for Youth to Youth International in Columbus, Ohio.
In 2012, Ty was awarded the “Prevention Innovator of the Year” Award by the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services for his development of creative prevention training and consultation with schools and organizations across the state.  He has developed several training courses, workshops, and presentations for both youth and adults to address the many complex issues that confront today’s young people.

Day 2 Keynote:  DR. LONNIE RIVERA
Dr. Rivera,  Superintendent,  Perkins Local School District.  Dr. Rivera has a wealth of experience in public education, starting as a special education teacher for Toledo Public Schools, Principalships with Maumee City Schools and Oregon City Schools, Superintendent of Oregon City Schools, and Interim Superintendent of Public Instruction for the State of Ohio. He is an advocate for the transformative power of public education and is dedicated to working collaboratively to foster an innovative education environment to ensure every student’s success.
“Growing up as the son of a migrant worker, I learned the values of hard work, resilience, and the transformative power of education,” Dr. Rivera shared.  “Throughout my career, I have remained steadfast to building a culture that fosters a love for learning, collaboration, and a passion for helping others discover new pathways.”
