This cohort is designed specifically for those educators who have an interest in engaging in the School Superintendent role. Possible topics may include, but are not limited to:- A district’s role within a compact educational program The Superintendent as the educational leader of the district
- Board relationships and the Board Agenda A school district’s Strategic Plan
- The Superintendent as a community leader
- The Superintendent/Treasurer relationship and partnership
- Micromanaging vs. Leading
We plan our programming based on your registration. We will not issue a refund if you are unable to attend.
