Our consulting services provide districts with multi-tiered systems of support to address the behavioral, social-emotional, and academic needs of those students whose first language is not English. Supports range from Universal Design for Learning strategies to Special Education Psycho-Educational evaluations with a multicultural approach.

Services Offered:

  • Evaluation of current English as a Second Language service delivery

  • Creation of a tailored MTSS-ESL program according to the specific characteristics of their EL population

  • Design of an EL-RtI program

  • Bilingual/multicultural evaluations to determine eligibility for special education services

  • Determination of language impairment or language differences

  • Analysis of pre-referral data for special education evaluations
